It had a 4.5 inch qHD screen, but Karbonn has felt the need for a bigger screen we guess, and now it has launched the Karbonn Titanium S5 with a bigger 5 inch screen. With it almost mimicking the specs of the Titanium S1 except for the 8 megapixel camera, the 2MP front camera and the battery, it is clear that Karbonn is really catering to demands. It has a 1.2 GHz Quad core processor, presumably the Snapdragon S4 Play, which was the first chipset that added support for dual SIM and was a Quad core processor at the same time. This is the same as the Titanium S1. The device runs on Android 4.1 JellyBean.

Smartphones and now I can say this by rolling the hands over the Karbonn A6 Smartphone which really took the mid on it. The Android ICS and 1 GHz packed device has many and greater performance for its cost. So let’s have the detail view over it.

Build And Design

 The build quality at time also seemed very fine with a new attractive look where you got the chrome below the 4-inched display and offers the three Capacitive Android Button over the chrome. The handset has the good holding capability with the matte finish over the sides as well as over the back, while the lower portion has the chrome strip which runs over all sides while lying at the bottom. Left of the handset is plane while right is the Volume Rockers and MicroUSB and 3.5mm Audio jack lies on top.

 The back panel has the matte finished and a 5MP rear camera placed with LED flash and Speaker grille located at bottom with Karbonn Logo.

 Display

 A6 has the premium display of 4 Inches and got the WVGA Resolution of 480 x 800 Pixels. With IPS Display the screen have the bright colors and greater viewing angles. Good brightness and great performance even under bright Sunlight, but you need to set the brightness tuned at maximum and all this makes the display of the device worth for the price.

 You got the extra facilities including the Multi-touchscreen up to 2 fingers and is great for the touch security locks. Watching videos indoor look nice, since it is not the high-end one so you may caught in visual problems while watching videos in bright sunlight.

 Camera

 The 5 Megapixel rear snapper the device makes the great photos shots indoors as well as outdoors. You are allowed a LED Flash with rear camera and helps at low light conditions at a great extent. Since the video took from rear camera is mediocre at VGA Resolution and at 8-9fps, the brightness and contrast of the video was great with the 3GP output.

 Still shots has the great quality with a bit blurred images of low light indoors, otherwise the contrast, the Hue and Saturation is great with 5MP snapper. The most amazing thing you got at 5.4k is the front VGA camera with reasonable quality and allows nice video calls.

 The device got its potential from the fast 1GHz processor and a 512MB of RAM, with the 104MB of internal ROM memory you got space for having multiple apps and for having your enriched data collection you need to have MicroSD card. These are enough for a 5.4k device and at this moment you got enough.

While the USB connectivity of microUSB, v2 supports for data transfers as well as charging the device and Bluetooth in A6 is allowed with supported profiles of A2DP.

 Multimedia
