Rise alarm clock named iOS App of the Week,

If for whatever reason the default alarm
clock in iOS isn't doing it for you, Rise happens to be one of our favorite
third-party substitutes. And this week, Apple is giving away the app —normally
$1.99—at no charge as part of its revolving App of the Week promotion. Rise's
dead-simple interface (you slide a finger up or down your iPhone's screen to
set a wake-up time) and elegant design make its normal price easy to part with,
but when it's up for grabs at no cost to you, we're pressed to find any reason
why you shouldn't give it a shot. You may be thankful you did starting tomorrow
morning.
